Privacy notice
Last updated October 27, 2026
This notice explains what Shifora collects when you visit www.shifora.in or order from us, why, and the choices you have. Questions: info@shifora.in.
What we collect
- When you order or create an account: your name, email, phone, delivery address and the pieces you chose. Payment is arranged by invoice; we do not store card numbers on this site.
- At checkout: the name, email, phone and country you type are saved as you type them, so that if something goes wrong we can help you finish your order.
- When you browse: a first-party cookie with a random visitor number lets us see which pages and pieces are viewed, what goes into bags, how far pages are read and how long they are open, where visits come from (for example a link with campaign tags), and the approximate country and city given by our hosting network. We do not store your IP address and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
- Session cookie: keeps your bag, wishlist and sign-in between pages.
Why we use it
- To make and deliver your order, keep you informed about it and answer your questions.
- To understand which pieces interest our clients and improve the store.
- If you subscribe, to send our letter; you can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us.
Who sees it
Our team, the shipping company that carries your parcel (name, address and phone), and the service providers that host the store and send our emails, only for those purposes. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Browsing records are deleted after 180 days. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to info@shifora.in. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the store will still work, though your bag will not be remembered.
