These terms apply to every order placed on www.shifora.in with Shifora. By placing an order you accept them.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and follow the live market rate for gold, platinum and silver. The price shown on the product page includes metal, making, stones and our service; the breakdown is shown on every piece. Your price is locked at the moment you place your order. Shipping and insurance are shown at checkout before you order. Import duties and taxes in your country, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.
Your order
After you order we send you an invoice with a payment link or bank details. We email your invoice with a secure card or bank-wire link within 2 working hours. Your piece is reserved at the locked price for 24 hours. We may cancel an order that is not paid in time, or where a price or stock error is evident; any payment received is then refunded in full.
Made-to-order and personalised pieces
Pieces marked "made to order" are crafted for you after payment, within the time stated on the piece. Pieces made to your size or with engraving are personal to you; see Returns & exchanges.
Metal, stones and weights
Gold and platinum pieces are hallmarked; diamonds are supplied with the report stated on the piece. Net and gross weights are given to the nearest hundredth of a gram; handmade pieces can vary very slightly, and any variation does not change your locked price.
Delivery and risk
Every parcel is insured for its full value until it is delivered to the address you gave. Please check the parcel on delivery and tell us within 48 hours if anything is wrong.
