We want you to love your piece. If something is not right, write to info@shifora.in with your order number and we will help.

Returns

You may return an unworn piece in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Write to us first so we can arrange insured collection or tell you how to send it. We refund the price you paid for the piece within 10 working days of receiving and checking it. Shipping and insurance costs are not refunded, and the return shipment is at your cost unless the piece was faulty.

Pieces we cannot take back

Pieces made to order, resized or engraved for you, and earrings for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

Exchanges and resizing

Most rings can be resized. Write to us and we will tell you whether your design allows it, how long it takes and the cost, which depends on the metal added or removed at the day's rate.

Faults

If a piece arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it, or refund it in full, including shipping.
